Chef Soleil will be joining us to help plan and share her story, and we want to fill every seat so we can raise as much as possible for those affected by the devastating earthquakes in Venezuela.

This evening will be about more than incredible food and wine. It will be about community, compassion, hope, and the belief that when people come together, even from thousands of miles away, they can make a real difference.

While we’re working to make this evening everything it should be, the need in Venezuela continues every single day.

FROM ALASKA TO THE FARM

Some dinners are planned.

Others are simply meant to happen.

This one is about friendship. It is about trust. It is about bringing together people who believe that great food begins with great relationships.

Last October, Brad and I stood on this beautiful farm surrounded by the people we love and promised each other forever. Alpha Omega Farm became part of our story that day. Some of the flavors you will enjoy during this dinner were inspired by our wedding menu, making this evening even more meaningful to me.

Now we return, not for a wedding, but for another celebration.

A celebration of wild Alaska seafood, harvested with respect by our friends at Citizen Salmon.

A celebration of Minnesota farms and the incredible people who grow our food.

A celebration of collaboration over competition.

This menu travels thousands of miles, yet somehow feels right at home. Wild sockeye salmon, sablefish, halibut, smoked black cod, local tomatoes, herbs, apples, fresh sourdough, and beautiful seasonal ingredients all coming together for one unforgettable evening on one of our favorite farms.

This is why I became a chef.

Not simply to cook.

But to tell stories through food.

To introduce people to the farmers, fishermen, and artisans whose hands touch every ingredient long before it reaches the plate.

To remind us that the best meals are about so much more than what is on the plate.

Every course has a purpose.

Every ingredient has a place.

Every friendship has a story.

Thank you to Alpha Omega Farm for opening your beautiful property once again, and to Citizen Salmon for bringing the pristine waters of Alaska to Minnesota. It is an honor to cook alongside friends who care so deeply about quality, sustainability, and doing things the right way.
