every chef’s intention in one perfect bite.
Introducing: Molly’s Mussel-Off
Sunday, May 3 | 4–7 PM
A night we don’t usually open for…
which makes this one a little special.
Limited seating.
One room.
One energy.
And it will be filled.
4 Chefs.
4 Mussel Dishes.
4 Wine Pairings.
Each chef will create their own take—
bowls arriving brimming with steaming broth,
shells just cracked open,
holding flavor, texture, and a little bit of love.
The twist?
Chefs will be announced.
Dishes revealed that night.
Wine pairings unveiled in real time.
Because what’s a competition without a little mystery?
Frites.
Toasted bread.
Bowls meant to be finished, wiped clean…
and maybe fought over a little.
No utensils required.
Just shells in hand, broth on your fingertips,
and that moment where you realize…
this is exactly what you needed.
I’ll be pairing the wines—blind, instinctual, and meant to elevate every bite.
You’ll taste.
You’ll vote.
You’ll decide who takes it.
We’ll talk, laugh, stir up some banter…
and put a little chef ego on the line. 💪🏼

We’re honored to welcome the wines of Blackbird Vineyards—
a winery rooted in Old World tradition, elevated in Napa Valley, where each blend is crafted with intention, balance, and a deep sense of place.
At Blackbird, they believe wine is more than what fills a glass—
it brings people together, creates moments that matter,
and leaves a lasting impact on the community around us.
That philosophy feels right at home here.
This dinner is especially meaningful to me—
Blackbird has been a wine I’ve loved throughout my career…
drinking, pouring, and sharing it with guests for many years.
We are also thrilled to welcome Georgia, General Manager of Blackbird Vineyards, who will be joining us for the evening to guide you through each wine, share the story behind the blends, and bring you closer to the spirit of Napa.
This is not just a wine dinner.

Five beautifully composed courses, each designed to move with the wine—
from the bright elegance of Dissonance
to the vibrant lift of Arriviste Rosé
to the depth and structure of Arise
…and culminating in something truly special—
the 2016 Paramour Proprietary Red Blend
a rare and beautifully aged wine that embodies power, grace, and the art of the blend
The evening finishes with a touch of sweetness and sparkle,
paired with a delicate Italian Lambrusco.

Mother’s Day is one of those days.
At Molly’s, the table will be full of spring—

A brunch meant to be savored slowly, together.

For those who aren’t moms—like me—
this day still holds everything.
Because my mom…
she is my heart.
I wouldn’t be who I am without her—
her passion, her strength, her grace, her relentless work ethic…
the way she shows up for people, always.
She is my hero.
And she leaves a little light with everyone she meets.
So this is a tribute—
to all moms…
to the ones at our tables,
the ones we carry with us,
and the ones who shaped us into who we are.
And also… to the ones who aren’t able to be here.
We feel you. We honor you. You are part of this day too.
