Father’s Day at Molly’s

This one feels personal.

For all the dads…
the stepdads, grandpas, father figures, grill masters, lawn obsessors, hard workers, fixers, storytellers, quiet supporters, and the men who showed us love in all the little ways that mattered most.

Especially my dad, Gary…
who is still with me every single day in this kitchen, in my heart, and in the work ethic and hospitality that built so much of who I am.

This brunch is meant for slowing down.
For gathering around a table.
For taking a deep breath and letting someone else cook for once.

A reminder that maybe today…
you don’t mow the lawn.
You don’t change the oil.
You don’t fix the garage door.
You don’t answer every phone call.

You sit.
You relax.
You eat better.
You drink something good.
And maybe you stay for one more Bloody Mary than you planned.

We’ll be pouring bourbon, cold beer, Bloody Marys, espresso drinks, brunch cocktails, and serving up a menu built for celebration — with all the Molly’s flavor you know and love.

An Evening in the Italian Islands

Join us as Molly’s transports you to the sun-drenched islands of Sicily and Sardinia for an unforgettable wine dinner experience.

Since day one, Molly’s has focused on quality, sustainability, and the belief that what’s in your glass matters just as much as what’s on your plate. That philosophy has led us to explore some of the world’s most fascinating wine regions, and this time we’re taking you to the Italian islands—home to some of the wines associated with the renowned Blue Zone lifestyle.

These are wines born from coastal breezes, volcanic soils, ancient traditions, and a culture that understands how to gather around a table, savor a meal, and enjoy life.

The evening features six beautifully paired courses:

• Ahi Tuna Crudo
• Chilled Shrimp Gazpacho
• Lamb Meatball with Sicilian Caponata
• Braised Pork Shoulder with White Bean Purée
• Beef Tenderloin with Salsa Verde & Charred Peppers
• Olive Oil Cake

And making the evening even more special, our dear friend Dali returns to guide us through the wines. His knowledge, passion, humor, and storytelling transform every dinner into something far beyond a meal. He educates, entertains, and brings each bottle to life in a way that fills the room with energy and excitement.

A Wine & Food Experience at Molly’s

At the end of June, we’re bringing something truly special to little St. Boni.

Six courses.
Six wines.
One beautiful summer evening centered around wandering vineyards, incredible stories, and gathering around the table together.

We’re honored to host Wandering Cellars alongside owners Chris & Bill — Minnesota locals whose wines stretch from South African hillsides to California valleys… all finding their way here to Molly’s for one unforgettable night.

This isn’t your stuffy wine dinner.

It’s vibrant.
Seasonal.
A little adventurous.
A little romantic.
A lot delicious.

Think chilled sweet corn & crab velouté with South African Chenin Blanc…
Grilled pork with Cabernet Franc…
California Brut Rosé with strawberry & rose panna cotta…
and wines paired not just for tradition — but for surprise, conversation, and experience.
